Our story began in 2014 with Aerolimit Professional. Ten years later, we’ve grown into a strong and progressive union for aviation personnel, working closely with Flyvebranchens Personale Union (FPU), our head organization based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We share resources, values, and a common vision for decent working conditions.

FPU Romania is a trade union and professional association representing and organizing pilots and cabin crew based in Romania.

Our ambition is simple and real: to improve working conditions, protect flight safety, and give aviation professionals a strong, independent voice.

From cabin to cockpit, Airbus to Boeing, and cadet to instructor, our community is open to all. We are the place where pilots and cabin crew unite, feel protected, and find solutions to the challenges of this industry.
