900 hours in the air. Your body keeps the logbook

Aviation has a habit of taking its toll on the body. Pressurised cabins, turbulence, the occasional “positive” landing, jumpseats, long sectors and long duties all add up.

Cockpit or cabin, the physical load is real: long hours sitting or standing, galley work, lifting, boarding in every kind of weather, and not always enough time to properly recover.

Club FPU members receive a 10% discount on all Centrokinetic services across the participating clinic network.
